Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Free 14-Day Returns
You may return your journal within 14 days of delivery, free of charge, as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please email us at themindplanjournal@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return address. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
