In today’s fast-paced world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. You wake up to a never-ending list of tasks, rush through your day, and feel like there's never enough time to focus on what truly matters. Your home feels cluttered, your mind chaotic, and you feel disconnected from the things that bring you joy. Does this sound familiar?

You know you need to clear away the negativity, raise your vibration and change your mindset in order to start creating the life you’ve always dreamed of. But you don’t know where to start…

The truth is that with a few simple, effective steps you can shift your energy and your mindset. In my book, ‘How To Raise Your Vibration: 25 Ways To Unlock The Energy Of Abundance And Attract The Life You Want’, I discuss 25 simple ways you can change your energy so that you can experience noticeable shifts – resulting in you feeling more positive, energised and aligned with the life you want to create.

I’m going to share 3 of those steps here with you:

The first is Eating Healthily. It sounds boring and obvious, but in order to live at a high vibration all the time your body needs to be working at its best. Eating healthy food makes sure you get all of the nutrients your body needs to function at optimum performance and provides you with long lasting energy. Try and fill your plate with a rainbow of different coloured foods in order to get a full range of nutrients. Processed and sugary foods are not good for your body and can reduce energy in the long term. If you're not ready to give them up completely try to reduce the amount of processed and sugary foods that you eat and find healthier alternatives.

The second is Listening To Music. This is a great way of raising your vibration, remember how you feel when you’re at a party and your favourite song comes on! Music has been found to help reduce blood pressure and stress, and cheerful, upbeat music can also cause our brains to produce dopamine, a hormone that creates feelings of joy in our body. Listening to music is a good distraction too, helping you to shift your focus from a negative situation and improve your mindset.

The third is Sharing In Positivity. We’ve become very accustomed to comparing ourselves to others, particular on social media, and this can create feelings of inadequacy and envy. Try to share in the positivity and the achievements of others, rather than feeling jealous or like you don’t measure up. By sharing the achievements of others it makes us feel good and raises our own vibration. Call friends up and wish them congratulations or send a card to celebrate the little things in life. Then in turn they'll start to appreciate you more and share in your positive moments too.

These steps might seem simple, but the truth is you’ve got to take action and make them happen - no one else can do this for you. Ultimately, it's all about YOU making the decision that you're going to move forward, raise your vibration and improve your life, and then taking the action and following through!

Choose growth. Choose happiness. Take the small but powerful steps to embrace these new high-energy habits, because each small shift will bring you closer to the dream life you’re envisioning.
