I’m Ella Lall, the creator of The Mind Plan Journal. This project is deeply personal to me. For years, I struggled with anxiety and self-doubt, searching for balance and clarity. Journaling became my outlet—a space to process emotions, track patterns, and set intentions.

Over time, I realised that journaling wasn’t just self-expression—it was a tool for transformation. It helped me shift my mindset, manage anxiety, and create a more intentional life. But I also knew how overwhelming a blank page could feel. That’s why I created a structure that would gently guide others through the same healing and empowering process.
